Reduce deposits and wear from recycled plastics

Nearly a third of plastic waste in Europe is recycled, as EU Parliament informed in January 2023. And the numbers are increasing, due to different circular economy models for plastic waste management, like EPR, Extended Producer Responsibility, remanufacturing, upcycling, deposit-return systems or PaaS, Product as a service (leasing of plastic products).

Recycled plastic, especially PCR, Post-Consumer Recycled, can contain impurities from the handling/recycling process. These influence the quality and properties of the final product but also cause molding challenges and mold damage, like high wear, corrosion or heavy, hard to remove deposits.
