We Are Looking for a Quality-Conscious Industrial Operator for Day Shift in a High-Tech Production Company
At CemeCon Scandinavia A/S, we are busy and therefore need a quality-conscious employee for our production in Hinnerup.
CemeCon is a unique company with its own production and R&D department. We perform service tasks and treatments of tools and components for the entire European manufacturing industry, to extend their lifespan and optimize their function so our customers can produce faster, cheaper, and more environmentally friendly. CemeCon is the market leader in Europe in the nanotechnological treatment of plastic molding tools, machine parts, finished elements, as well as mold and stamping tools. Today, we have 16 full-time employees, along with several part-time employees and students.
Industrial Operator job details
Job Tasks
You will be part of a team of 6 employees who are responsible for daily production and handle our customers’ tools through the company from goods receipt, registration, control, preparation, treatment, quality control, and return to the customer.
Your tasks will include:
- Batching/debatching (mounting tools before processes)
- Quality control
- Preparation, cleaning, and surface improvement
- Maintenance of our production equipment
Experience with handling tools is an advantage, but not a requirement. We set high standards for our employees, and quality is more important to us than speed.
Profile
Since you will be part of a small team, tasks will vary. We deliver high-quality solutions with full traceability. Therefore, it is important that you understand how to collaborate, are stable, and can follow work descriptions to the letter.
It is important that you can work in a structured manner and understand the importance of high attention to detail. You might be an industrial operator, mechanic, or toolmaker. Alternatively, you could have a technical education, such as a technical assistant, technician, etc., preferably with experience in production and/or experience from metal or plastic companies with knowledge of tools. If you have a different background but technical experience, do not hesitate to apply, as we can provide training in some of the desired specialized knowledge.
We work closely as a team and emphasize a positive attitude. You are able to challenge the status quo, work proactively, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
The position is full-time.
